• The process for rear view mirror repair is similar to instrument cluster repair, customers will need to remove the mirror and request our FREE* UPS shipping label. Next carefully package your mirror, apply the label on your box, and drop the package off at the UPS location nearest to you.
• Next, we will contact you when the mirror arrives in our facility and go over payment options, and explain the repair process. Due to the disassembly/breakdown process of the mirror, customers may expect some visible wear marks in the mirror housing that occur when we take the unit apart.
• Please note that our rear view mirror repairs are always made with our highest standards, but this repair has not been tested by time therefore no warranty is applicable at this time to rear view mirror display repairs, however, we have yet to see one fail after being repaired.
• FREE* shipping only applies in one direction (from you to our facility) by using our offered UPS ground label via e-mail (ONLY APPLIES TO THE LOWER 48 STATES OF THE US), customers are responsible for return UPS shipping, a flat fee of $15 will be added to repair cost for ground (ask for faster shipping time price quotes).
